The Diamond Sports Media Production Internship   

This internship will provide a unique opportunity for a student to develop hands-on experience in new media technology and event production.  This internship will also provide insight and an opportunity to develop skills in new media production in an applied industry setting, and access to equipment and technique involved in learning and operating production equipment, including recording and editing, assisting in the production of Diamond Sports events, and in post-event production. Interns will develop an understanding of planning by participating in pre and post-event meetings, and on site set-up and takedown for events in the NY Metro area.  The Diamond Sports New Media Internship will culminate in the production of the Diamond Sports Big Apple Career Camp 2012.

Diamond Sports Marketing Internship   

This internship will provide a unique opportunity for a student to develop hands-on experience in social media and sports event marketing.  This internship will provide the student with an opportunity to work with our team of experienced executives to develop the Diamond Sports Facebook page.  The intern will assist Diamond Sports in researching social media resources and assisting in developing page content. The intern will develop an understanding of sports marketing, research methods and event development. Hours are flexible, and work will be performed remotely, and will require the student to meet once per week with a Diamond Sports executive.  The internship will culminate at the Diamond Sports Big Apple Career Camp 2012.
