<p>Walter is a founding partner in Diamond Sports, and is responsible for leading business strategy, partnerships, and education and training programs.</p>
<p>Walter has led the successful development, launch and management of innovative education and training programs, sports marketing programs, career events, and has led business development programs at several of the most successful growth companies in American business history. He has over 20 years experience in education, as an adjunct professor, curricula developer, distance learning and online programs, and in professional development. Walter worked with Dave Torromeo in the launch of the Manhattanville College Sport Business Management Programs, on of the most successful programs in the U.S., serving as Director of Sports Internships, as adjunct professor, developing their first online class, Technology and Sports in the Global Market, Entrepreneurship in Sports, and their Internship Program, managing relationships with major sports organizations, including Madison Square Garden, the NY Yankees, USTA, the NFL, NY Mets, and many others.</p>
<p>During his career in education, Walter introduced new online and traditional classes at Fordham University, Marist College, and State University of New York Online, and developed new courses and programs in entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies. Walter founded SmallBall Marketing to develop sports entrepreneurship, and has been involved in the organization and management of numerous sports marketing events, including the Diamond Sports Big Apple Career Week, Diamond Sports Perfect Pitch with the Hudson Valley Renegades, the Big Apple Coaches Convention featuring Don Mattingly, career seminars at the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center and Bobby Valentine’s Sports Academy, the Manhattanville College Career Fair, and the inaugural Army vs. Marist baseball event at Dutchess Stadium. Recher has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and ASTD.</p>
<p>Previously, Walter developed a new media marketing firm in partnership with the National Center for Missing Children, sponsoring events with the PGA/Buick Classic and Citibank Tournament of Champions. During his career at MCI, Recher developed partner marketing alliances with Intel and Microsoft in the launch of the MCI Distance Learning Program as Director Advanced Services Marketing, and managed the GE Global Services team. Walter earned his MBA at Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from State University of New York, College at Oswego.</p>

<p>Kevin is Chair of our Board of Advisors, and is responsible for introducing Diamond Sports to key industry relationships and opportunities with elite, high profile sports executives. Mr. Hallinan has established a reputation in the sports industry and beyond as an innovator and leader in professional sports security and operations. During his career in MLB, he was listed in USA Today on the list of “Baseball’s 50 Most Influential People”. For over 20 years, Mr. Hallinan served as Senior Vice President of Security and Facility Management for Major League Baseball. During his tenure working for the Commissioner of Baseball, Hallinan managed the full spectrum of security resources and programs for all 30 Major League Baseball Clubs, and counseled senior management in the identification and systemic remedial resolution of problems destined to protect the game, it’s players and reputation.</p>
<p>During his tenure with MLB, he was responsible for professional player education programs, interaction with major law enforcement agencies in domestic and international areas, and security and crowd management planning, including all major special events, the World Series, All Star Games, and International Games, and consulted on behalf of the National Association of Minor League Baseball. Hallinan serves as Chairman of the TEAM Coalition in Washington D.C., and as a board member of the Stadium Managers Association Council. He is also a member of the I.A.A.M. Security Safety Task Force, and the Police Executive Research Forum. Hallinan services on the Board of Directors of the Greater New York Council Law Enforcement Exploring Group, and was recently named an Advisory Board member of the Manhattanville College Sports Business Management Program. Hallinan also serves as principal and Executive Vice President of Royal Diamond Security International, a security consulting firm, with clients that include Major League Soccer, Ski Industries of American, and a number of universities and colleges.</p>
<p>Prior to his tenure with MLB, Mr. Hallinan served as Co-Commander of the F.B.I/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force. Mr. Hallinan received the US Attorney General Award for Exceptional Public Service. Hallinan served as spokesperson for the Professional Sports Security Directors, organizing meetings with U. S. Homeland Security, sharing intelligence and information, which increased the knowledge and awareness of security professionals in that challenging time. Mr. Hallinan earned his undergraduate degree at Fordham University, and the F.B.I. National Academy, and was awarded an honorary degree from Dominican College</p>
